The gap we exist in

Enterprise problems arrive long before enterprise budgets do.

A forty-person company faces the same GDPR exposure, the same supply-chain questionnaires and the same credential leaks as a four-thousand-person one. What it does not have is a security team, a six-figure tooling budget, or anyone whose job it is to read the alerts.

What actually happens

Secrets travel by Slack and email

An admin password, a client's API key, a database credential — pasted into a chat window because there was no better option to hand, and now living forever in a searchable archive nobody can audit.

What actually happens

Sensitive documents leave and never come back

A file with personal data is emailed to a third party. It is downloaded, forwarded, saved to a laptop. There is no record, no recall, and an ICO-shaped problem if anyone ever asks.

What actually happens

Anomalies go unseen for weeks

The firewall, the backup platform and the identity provider each know something is wrong. Nobody is correlating them, because correlating them is what a SOC does and an SME cannot justify one.

What actually happens

Tooling costs more to run than to buy

The enterprise answer to each of these ships with agents, connectors, a professional services engagement and an annual commitment. The licence is rarely the expensive part.

The portfolio

Six products live, two in development. Each one solves one thing properly.

They share a stack, a security posture and a design principle, but nothing forces you to buy more than one. Start with the problem that is hurting today.

PushItPro
Start here
Encrypted secret sharing

Send a password, key or credential without it living in an inbox. Zero-knowledge — not even Scicon can read it.

Volarian
Live
Secure document sharing

View-only encrypted sharing. No download, no leakage, and an audit trail by design.

FlashItSync
Live
File sync & transfer

Fast R2-backed sync with lightweight metadata. Simple and quick, without the enterprise price tag.

Supply Chain Scorecard
Live
Third-party risk

Self-service scored vendor assessment, with maturity expectations scaled to organisation size.

RiskRadar
Live
Continuous risk visibility

Keeps a live view of where an organisation is exposed, instead of a point-in-time assessment that ages badly.

CVE Scanner
Live
Vulnerability identification

Ingests published vulnerability data, scans what you run, and reports what actually applies to you.

SignMeInPro
Live
Visitor management

Sign-in that talks to Microsoft Entra ID, so visitor data lands in the identity system you already run.

Full portfolio — the pain each product solves
Two ways to buy

Direct, or through the people who already support you.

If you are an SME

Buy the one tool you need, today

No procurement cycle, no professional services line, no minimum seat count you will never fill. Sign up, deploy, and be using it the same afternoon. If your IT is outsourced, tell us who to and we will bring them in rather than around them.

  • Per-product pricing — take one, not a suite
  • Deploys in minutes, not weeks
  • Nothing that needs a security analyst to interpret
If you are an MSP or reseller

Multi-tenant tooling with margin in it

Adopt it internally first, then roll it across your client base from one console. Partner pricing, deal registration, and a commitment that we bring an SME who arrives direct straight back to you when they already have a provider.

  • Published partner margin, per product
  • One tenant per client, managed centrally
  • We do not compete with you for your own accounts
Why Scicon

One design principle, applied eight times.

Self-contained

It deploys, it runs, it does not sprawl

No agent fleets, no collector tiers, no six-week onboarding. The discipline is the same across the portfolio: if a product needs a professional services engagement before it is useful, it is not finished.

Zero-knowledge where it matters

We designed ourselves out of the trust equation

With PushItPro, the encryption happens before anything reaches us. We are not asking you to trust our staff, our processes or our jurisdiction, because we cannot read what you share even if we wanted to.

Cost-efficient by construction

A modern stack, passed on as price

Cloudflare, Clerk and Neon let a small team run serious infrastructure without a data-centre bill. That is why the same class of tooling costs a fraction of what an enterprise vendor charges for it.

No lock-in

Your data stays yours

Per-product pricing, no bundled suite you have to buy into, and export paths out. We would rather keep you because the product is good than because leaving is painful.

Common questions

Straight answers, before you have to ask for them

What does Scicon Systems do?

Scicon Systems builds self-contained security and productivity software for small and mid-sized organisations — encrypted secret sharing, view-only document sharing, file sync, supply-chain risk scoring, continuous risk visibility, vulnerability identification and visitor management.

Each product is licensed separately and deploys in minutes without a dedicated IT or security team.

Who is it for?

Organisations of roughly 10 to 250 people that face enterprise-level compliance and security obligations without an enterprise budget or a security team.

Typical buyers are professional practices, energy services firms, manufacturers, charities and smaller public bodies — plus the managed service providers who support them.

Can we buy through our existing IT provider?

Yes. Scicon is partner-first: managed service providers and resellers can deploy and manage every product across their client base from one account.

If you contact us directly and already have a provider, we bring them into the conversation rather than working around them.

What does "zero-knowledge" mean here?

In PushItPro, content is encrypted before it reaches Scicon, so we hold only ciphertext we cannot decrypt. We could not read a shared secret even if compelled to.

That is a property of the architecture, not a policy commitment that could change with an owner or a jurisdiction.

How much does it cost?

[Placeholder — add real pricing. Answer engines and search both reward a page that states a price plainly, and buyers filter you out when it is hidden.]

Pricing is per product rather than as a bundled suite, so you pay only for what you use.

Where is our data held?

[Placeholder — confirm and state the region explicitly.] Scicon runs on Cloudflare, Clerk and Neon; the full sub-processor list is published in our privacy statement.

UK and public-sector buyers will ask this in the first call, so it is worth answering here.

Next step

Start with PushItPro. It takes about ten minutes to prove.

The fastest way to understand how we build is to stop sending passwords over Slack this week. Everything else in the portfolio follows the same logic.
